Refund policy

The 14-day trial. You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to try the Nagomi Head Treatment and decide whether to keep it. If it's not right for you — used or unused — we'll take it back.

How to start a return: email thenagomitreatment@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a pre-paid return shipping label. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location. Once it reaches our warehouse, we issue your refund within 4 business days, back to the original payment method.

Shipping is free both ways. We cover the outbound and the return. We do not deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Damaged or defective on arrival. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace at no charge.

Two-year warranty. After the 14-day trial closes, the Nagomi Head Treatment is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Email thenagomitreatment@gmail.com for a free replacement. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal cosmetic wear.

Botanical Drops are covered by the 14-day trial but not the device warranty.

We don't make you fight us for a refund. If anything feels unclear, email us.
