We ship every Nagomi order out of our fulfilment centre in the United States within one business day of receiving it.
Rates and delivery times
United States
- Standard shipping — Free, on every order. 5–7 business days.
- Express shipping — 2–3 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Priority shipping — 1–2 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
Canada
Standard international — 7–10 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.
Other countries
International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility. Every Nagomi ships in fully recycled, home-compostable packaging.
If something goes wrong
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@nagomihair.com with your order number and we'll make it right the same business day — usually with a replacement device shipped that afternoon.
